So many people are fans of going paperless. What would it be like if you didn’t have to file paperwork but you had access to your bank statements and billing statements online and could print what you need only when you needed it?
I am a fan of the paper system. That might seem pretty old school of me but I like to physically touch what I need when I need it. However, I can definitely see the benefits of going paperless. I have heard a lot of good things about the online organizing service, Manilla.com.
Manilla lets you login to their secure site and track your monthly bills quickly and easily. They are affiliated with most banks, credit card companies, utility companies, magazine subscriptions, and loyalty programs. You add your information and they help you track your payment due dates so that you no longer need to worry about late fees. This is such a great idea for the super busy or those who travel a lot.
The site syncs your online accounts and stores all of this information on one site making it all available to you with only one login and password. Wouldn’t it be nice to consolidate your accounts and only have to remember one login? Your information is encrypted and secure so it is actually a great paperless option.
Manilla then contacts you by email and/or text with reminders when bills are due and stores the billing statements online so that you can review them quickly and easily before paying or later if needed. You will no longer need to rely only on your calendar or memory!
Just one more tool to help you budget and track your expenses and it is Free!
